Preserving most of the original structure, the former bike factory, together with Ramin Visch, was transformed into an office for Ogilvy. An organized space was created using wood, steel, glass, and fabric blocks. Tactile materials add warmth, while white floors and natural light provide calmness and airiness. Private areas are formed through varied materials and block heights, from quiet mezzanine workspaces to secluded meeting rooms with red curtains. The open office space encourages freedom of movement for 300 employees on foot, scooters, or bicycles. The central focus of the office is the cafeteria, actively used throughout the day thanks to its open character.
