The assignment asked for an update of the existing loft and the integration of the adjacent studio into one apartment. The studio has been converted into a sunken master bedroom surrounded by an open walk-in bath and hidden showers and washtubs behind steel sliding doors. Black steel and natural wooden floors have been used throughout the loft and master bedroom to accentuate the industrial character of the existing building.
